As a businessman I am convinced that consultancy is a fundamental element in the development of new projects, as well as those that are in operation.
My advice consists of a personalized service focused on the customer’s needs. I include the development of the gastronomic concept, kitchen layouts, the development of food and drink menus, training and implementation courses, as well as the supervision in recruiting kitchen staff.
