A sustainable gastronomic proposal from the point of view of the cuisine, the décor and the processes in general. It focuses on Peruvian ingredients that remind us of home-cooked meals.

We took the concept of “home-cooked meals” and bet on honoring the culinary stories that arise from the joy and love found within the families in order to transport you to the priceless memories and tastes that you can now enjoy in the local ambience offered at Cosme.

We opened our doors in January 2015, and today we have become one of the most popular places in Lima thanks to its casual cuisine or comfort food, as well as due to the colorful and original design of the restaurant in our attempt to flood the place with a vibrant and entertaining atmosphere for our customers.

Among the favorite dishes in our menu are:

  • Mollejas emparrilladas – barbecued gizzards
  • Arroz con langostinos – rice and shrimp
  • Cau cau de mariscos – seafood casserole
  • Limón del convento – Convent lemon
  • Coulant de lúcuma- Eggfruit coulant
  • Crema volteada – Creme caramel

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to redesign the business strategy and, together with the challenges, new opportunities appeared. Taking into account our cookery quality, personalized service and the customer’s experience as a priority, we launched the delivery and take-out services employing the team that was already part of the restaurant. We also embarked on the sale of retail products with Cosme Market and Cosme Box.
