In March 2021, this new concept of a sandwich shop was born in Lima. It first reached its customers through a delivery service. With this amusing and casual offer, we provide 360˚ experiences: slow-cooked ingredients, sauces that can be eaten by themselves and years of culinary experience: the perfect combination to offer our customers’ palate a top-level experience.
In Pánguche everything is prepared in a different way. Bread with home-made sour-dough starter, Pánguches* made with ingredients that have undergone special cooking, and sauces that provide that balance that is necessary to #panguchear** and enjoy.
* A made-up word from pan (bread in Spanish) and guches: short for sánguches (Peruvian word of sandwiches).

The Pánguche experience is thoroughgoing: from delicious fried slices of sweet potatoes to refreshing salads, without forgetting our side orders and milkshakes that are the perfect complement for your pánguche.

We get to your home by delivery and take-out services so that you can comfortably #panguchear with whoever you want … although you probably won’t want to share.
